Implementation

From the very beginning, your club will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will guide you through every step of the partnership, from implementation to completion. During the implementation phase, your account manager will serve as your primary point of contact, working closely with our design team to ensure seamless coordination on product designs, sizing, and any general account enquiries. This personalised support guarantees a smooth, efficient experience tailored to your club’s needs.

Production
Production Updates and Print File Verification
We understand that in maintaining clear and timely communication with our partner clubs throughout the entire production process is of the utmost importance. From the moment your order is placed, your dedicated account manager will provide regular production updates – ensuring full transparency at each stage of manufacturing. Before any printing of a new design begins, we also send print file verifications for your approval, giving you the opportunity to review all designs and ensure accuracy and quality in every order.

Post-Production
Packaging, Delivery, and Ongoing Support
To ensure a seamless delivery process, all local Sydney or Melbourne orders are hand-delivered by our sales support team within days of production completion. Ensuring your club receives your custom teamwear and merchandise on time and in perfect condition. For orders outside these areas, we use express shipping through our trusted courier partners, with tracking details provided so you’ll know exactly when to expect your delivery. After your order arrives, your account manager is always available for any follow-up needs, including product inquiries, reorders, and adjustments – making sure your club stays well-equipped and supported long after the initial order is completed.
Production Control
Our confidence in providing top-notch service stems from 1863 Football owning and operating our own manufacturing facility. This ownership gives us complete control over our entire supply chain, including raw materials, offering us several key advantages:
- We can meet strict deadlines and prioritise orders as needed.
- We ensure consistent quality of fabrics, accessories, and overall
manufacturing. - We are not dependent on third parties to fulfill orders.
- We can create and offer fully customised teamwear solutions, similar to those available at professional levels like the A Leagues and other professional leagues around the world.
