When will I receive my order?
Backorders have a 6-8 week turnaround time from the cut off date listed at the top of this page. Stock products have a 1-2 week turnaround time.
I'm struggling to place an order online, what should I do?
If you are experiencing technicial difficulties, please reach out to our customer service team at enquiries@1863football.com.au and someone will be in contact with you within 24 business hours.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Before the cut off date, backorders can be cancelled or changed. However, once the cut off date has passed, no amendments to orders can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. See the Returns policy for more details.
Can I order a size that isn't listed?
Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at enquiries@1863football.com.au to enquire about placing an order for a custom size.
